Fort Collins is super underrated but it’s a far cry from SoCal. I would live there in a heartbeat but I’m anti-BigCity traffic and noise, etc.

The appliance industry identified this area many years ago and don’t have nearly the problems they do with labor in Iowa, for instance, where the Amana plant is likely going to be shut down.

@PriteshSMB @Flipping_SFR As long as it meets manufacturer install specs - shouldn’t be a problem - most of the airflow is done through the bottom kickplate traditionally. Usually looking for around .5-1” at the top and 1-2” at the back for airflow when installed.

The lakes are so big you can’t really tell the difference between that and the ocean as it relates to curb appeal.
