@OneTrafford Hi this is the 5th week in row my green bin hasn’t been emptied. I had to wait on Heyes Lane this morning while your staff were emptying other green bins so they were in the area!
Level of service is unacceptable i know things happen but not 5 weeks.

@OneTrafford Total failure again. My bin is at the rear of my property as stated on Old Heyes Rd as are a number of other green bins which haven’t been emptied.

@OneTrafford hi it’s 93 Heyes Lane Timperley but i put my bin out on old Heyes Road at the back of my property. i’m more upset about the attitude of your staff to an elderly neighbour there is no need to speak to people like that

@OneTrafford Hi yet again green bin not emptied and an elderly neighbour got told to F Off! when he mentioned it to the operatives ref 2702170 Bin full of maggots again!! health hazard but attitude of staff is very poor! No problem with grey bin which was next to the green
