Los Angeles resident @JereSimpson asked Elon to help LA firefighters, who had lost internet, restore connectivity.

In response, Elon sent Tesla Cybertrucks loaded with Starlinks.

Someone from LA Mayor Karen Bass’ office heard about this, and called Jere asking for help too.

After she caught wind, Karen refused help because she “was not interested in solving this problem if it involved Elon Musk”.

The average person doesn’t follow politics, or only consumes mainstream media and has no idea how petty these people can be.

Their selfishness knows no bounds.

Thanks to @JereSimpson and @elonmusk for filling gaps that our leaders won’t.
