@Seattle_Condos Not at this point as 1) not much if any benefit in pricing for a 7 or 10 yr arm versus standard fixed program in terms of rates and points ( loan fees ) 2) if qualification is tight - 30 yr fixed might be a better program to use 3) first time and under med income exist w 30 yr
