true, but all of those have been quarterly floaters which he could call at any time. RITM.D would reset (if today) around 10 1/8. not sure he would want to lock in that coupon for another five years and give up the optionality. especially when he has another 5 year reset (RITM.F) which is 8.75 coupon (500 bps reset spread) trading above par. dinner bet it gets called?
