@optus you’re kidding me 20 days late with my broadband install. No-one turned up for our appointment today with zero comms and now your complaint form doesn’t work!!!
@optus no just rescheduling to 30th after not showing up for install is totally unacceptable after I insisted before booking it had to be today. Ref 515037. You’ll be here by 10am in the morning or lose all our accounts and you can be sure I’m going to the ombudsman.
In User Experience we say let the technology do what IT is good at, and let the human do what THEY are good at. In this example, @Officeworks kindly calculates the Financial Year and Quarter for you.
I get it re unicorns and t-shaped designers... but currently have the symbiosis of outstanding CX, UX and UI specialists working together and it's next level awesome.
