The texting system is the same crap bot that couldn't help me on the online chat.

@edfenergy I have a little feedback for you. I've just tried to find out some more info about a tariff on your site. Tried the online chat, which is a bot, which took 10 mins of questions to tell me to call or talk to a real person. The person told me they could not help.
