@megabus We left NYC on time at 3:30pm, we’re supposed to be in Boston at 8pm. It’s currently 7:40, and still more than an 1.5 hours away. It took at 1.5 hours to leave Manhattan due to regular traffic. Why was this not accounted for in the journey time and how do I get a refund?

Disgraceful service from @OptimumHelp. I’ve been phoning for weeks, a technician even came out, and internet still BARELY WORKS. I have a roommate working on Covid relief and needs internet. Phoned to say it wasn’t working after tech service, no one ever followed up -
