Far-left counter-protesters in Brighton surrounded a pub, forcing people inside to remain trapped while a highly threatening crowd threw objects from outside.

Reports of scaffolding poles being stripped from buildings and thrown towards police.

They clashed directly with police in riot gear, with arrests made mostly from their side.

Pepper spray was deployed as they pushed against police lines and confronted “Stop the Boats” protesters.

Downing Street has so far remained silent on this targeted aggression toward police and ordinary people by far-left activists.

Will the government finally condemn the violence from the far left — or continue turning a blind eye?

An Iranian migrant in a French camp tells an undercover reporter he wants Britain because “England, they cannot see” his criminal record – and once here he plans “gang, sell drugs, fight, stab, shoot.”

If that’s true, it’s not just a story about one thug. It’s a confession that Britain has become the soft underbelly of Europe’s criminal circuit: the country the gangs talk about as a blind spot, a loophole, a joke.

We paid France hundreds of millions to “stop the boats”. The Express reporter still infiltrated a smuggling gang in Dunkirk and negotiated a crossing in under two hours, while French police looked the other way and smugglers ran an open marketplace.

Starmer’s government will go on TV and read the same script: “rigorous checks”, “international databases”, “foreign criminals are wasting their time”.

The reality on the ground – from Dunkirk to Dover – is that the criminals have already read the script, and they’re laughing at it.

The only people this system ever seems able to “rigorously” check, punish and track forever are law‑abiding British citizens.

To say I am disgusted is an understatement.

What I witnessed from the far left today was absolutely vile. People pissing in bottles, shitting on the floor and then throwing it. It was filthy, degrading and completely unacceptable behaviour.

We were locked inside a pub for two and a half hours, surrounded by these individuals, because the police appeared to have absolutely no control over the situation.

What concerned me even more was speaking to a police officer who openly admitted, “We were not prepared for this.” Let that sink in. The very people responsible for maintaining public order were acknowledging that they had not anticipated or prepared for what unfolded.

Among those present were teachers, lecturers and university students. These are people who help shape and educate the next generation, yet some of the behaviour on display was beyond disgraceful.

We were also physically attacked, yet there were no arrests. No consequences. No accountability. Had the shoe been on the other foot, I think we all know exactly what the outcome would have been.

If this is what the far left stand for, then God help Great Britain. The hypocrisy is staggering. They preach tolerance and respect, yet the conduct I witnessed showed neither.

Call me whatever label you like. After what I saw today, I’d rather be called “far right” than be associated with people who think this kind of behaviour is acceptable.

Britain deserves better than this. Much better.
