This homeless person has set up a full on fort in two parking spots across from my home, with tent, cooler, graffiti wall paint, lounge chair, and is stealing rocks from neighbors front yards to build a fire pit (sounds safe)…

A request filed to 311 LA to remove a homeless encampment completely blocking the sidewalk at a Walgreens is returned as “closed” with a note to contact sanitation. When you go to sanitation and click service request it routes you back to 311. FML.

Where are the tax dollars going?
