But it has always been this way: the vulnerable are relevant only until the privileged feel protected. We were foolish to think it could be different this time.
One of the good things about being an immunologist is that, when feeling utterly awful following the booster, you know it's just part of a healthy immune response and will pass in a few hours. Could be a pretty unsettling experience for non-immunologists.
