@lukeburgis Powerful insight Luke. A towel. Seems like such a little thing. Almost always is...But when the little thing is the threshold stimulus that erupts into something much larger, it's merely the symptom of a much greater malady. The straw that broke...and oh how anger escalates. Wow.

The expense was a key factor when I used to consider ongoing education, certifications and sharpening the saw as a human being. I would think about what it COST me. I still do, but it's also what would be lost (COST). An investment in you is an investment in many. Not an expense
