@fabuleax@Napapijri If you had an email saying your refund is due within 5-7 days, check the date on your banking app for the day you placed your order as the refund might show on that date or just after. Never had this before with any refunds, but I scrolled back on my app and found it there
@Napapijri I am waiting on a refund from 28th January that should have taken 5-7 days. I sent an online enquiry with no reply and just wasted 25 minutes on hold to get through to a message advising of a system issue. Terrible.
What do I need to do to get this resolved?
@krispykremeUK How is it possible that on Wednesday evening raspberry glazed doughnuts were added to an order then today when collecting the order we were advised that this doughnut is now discontinued? And the guy in the shop knew this information Tuesday morning. Very disappointing
@sonos I’ve spent all morning resetting all my devices and starting again only for the app to still not be finding my system. Everything has been ok for years but since the latest app update it’s hit and miss. Very frustrating. It seems I’m not the only person either #sonos
@Homebase_help@0hdannyboy I’ve had a DM to say my paint order has been dispatched to the courier 3 days ago then just now an email to say you can’t fulfil my order and I’m being refunded within 7 days. So what option is it?
@Homebase_help I sent a DM 2 days ago with no response. Please cancel my order 4071244569 and process the refund. I have since got the paint from somewhere else as I have heard nothing from you. I no longer require it. Please sort this ASAP as I do not want to have to send the order back!

@maz86@Homebase_uk Mine is an order paint. I had planned to decorate Monday and Tuesday as I was off work. I have now bought it elsewhere so I can get on with it this weekend. Meaning most of it will have to be sent back when it does finally arrive. That will be another saga no doubt 😩

@virginmedia any idea why Instagram runs really slowly when using my broadband? Everything else works fine and as soon as I switch to 4G it’s fine and it all loads quickly. Google suggests I’m not the only person who has this issue either
