@tiff_tv Watching the C4 highlights on demand, and whilst it’s a compressed version of the race, what I’ve noticed is that the cameras missed all the action, to focus on the parade at the front. Hamiltons run through the field was amazing to watch on the scoreboard, but missed on TV.

@laurencemarks64 Yes, had the first 10 laps on the radio in the car, and then caught the highlights on YouTube, which seemed to be just the 10 laps I had heard on the radio. Sounds like it wasn’t a great first event for Madrid. It looked awfully narrow for F1.

@EE To be fair, looks like service came back when you said it did. Was going to be a problem if it had carries on into the day. Some other EE customers near me have been without internet for up to two days. That would have been annoying.

Test on a closed circuit and make it work successfully at racing speeds - then see how to transfer that knowledge to road gping vehicles. If they can make the tech follow rules at high speed, getting it right on the road should be feasible.

@laurencemarks64 I think it is like any new tool - some will rave, others will accept with caution and others will reject outright. I’m definitely in group 2 - it has its uses, but people/engineers need to retain overall control. It’s when people just let it go unfiltered that the problem starts

@Jordan_Schiefer @3DPProfessor I have one every time I log on to my computer - reminding me of my acceptance of the use of the equipment as an employee. So certainly don’t see the pain or the difference here. It’s once per session/drive - would be different if it were every time I wanted to use the screen.
