@normboy562 not sure how many of you were alive then? Inflation and debt was out of control, huge deficit and the govt had lost control of the senate. Unable to pass budget etc.

@MelanieTait Melanie, you do know the margin is what banks receive as profit? They pay depositors 4% and charge you six% - same as paying depositors 1% and charging you 3% Interest rates were never meant to be at 0%
