@HouthoffKavita Any chance the tip of the Tuohy got a bit bent as you were walking off lamina? Sometimes even a small bend allows LOR but impedes catheter advancement. If I can’t advance the catheter after hitting bone multiple times and finally getting LOR I’ll check the needle tip.
