@MasriAhmadMD I was always surprised by failure of the trimetazidine studies in nohcm. Energetically it makes sense, so I hope the phase 3 data supports it. I do suspect the positive sglt2i data in HCM is due to weight loss/metabolic changes that outweigh the fatty acid oxidation changes
