@BristolAirport I followed your signs to the Drop Point - they took us to the car park behind the terminal. We didn’t see any charges displayed. Plus as there is no other place to drop, the cost is non negotiable anyway. I don’t understand what else we could have done 🤷♀️
@BristolAirport I entered and dropped and was there for one minute. How does the free parking time kick in? The bus service is not convenient for all so if you use a car there is only one option.
How many teams does it take to dig up the pavement @BristolWater? Answer: 3 teams, none of whom care, communicate or take responsibility. Speechless at the inefficiency @Ofwat@OfwatChair meanwhile leaking 50L 💦 per hour 👀
@sharrond62 Agree @sharrond62. Rugby 7s, an Olympic sport is a fast, athletic and exciting sport yet it gets no air time at all. Unless you’re involved with the game, you’d never know it was happening. Funny how they struggle to recruit up & coming athletes 🤷♀️. @RFU prioritise 15s 😡
We did it!!!! Novers Hill has been refused💚💚💚💚 We are all so happy. There’s been lots of happy tears 🥹 Thank you to everyone who has supported us. We love you!! 🪲🦇🐴
Right now, 3.2 million adults are going hungry every day, unable to afford or access good food. Here at FareShare South West, we are working hard to support these people. And you can help. Find out how: https://t.co/HJQPbKHjcV #foodpoverty
The final cost is expected to hit £132m 💰
Bristol City Council spent more on the refurbishment of the Bristol Beacon last year than on new homes, expanding schools or low-carbon energy projects.

Let this be a warning @SBZGardens@GeorgeFergusonx
'Promises' to allow 'public access' to what is left of the zoo after it has been turned into gated housing, will be barely worth the paper they are written on when memories fade, the agreement is lost or is no longer convenient.
The latest post on our new blog resonates with today’s news about Yew Tree Farm: each of these campaigns matters to us all because THIS IS HOW IT HAPPENS - incrementally, by flawed decision-making behind the scenes, costs & delay. #StandTogether

…or concrete over a historical walled garden with ancient trees
@BristolZooGdns for 196 luxury houses and a few ‘affordable homes’ that no-one in need of a home will ever be able to afford…..?
@BristolCouncil@MarvinJRees
This application
- is emblematic of serious & repeated tree-planting failures of the metrobus project
- illustrates problems inherent in the planning process by allowing incremental development years after an original application has been granted

Just wake up and read the room @BristolCouncil@MarvinJRees
The people you claim to represent care about precious green spaces, environment, biodiversity.
The tide is turning against green field development nationally.
Sort your housing policies out.
Stop greenwashing.
Yes, @BrentToderian.
Cities ARE the result of choices.
Paris wouldn’t choke the Jardin du Luxembourg with cars - #Bristol mustn’t destroy @BristolZooGdns with parking, cars or housing.
Space and clean air for all citizens.
