#Aerlingus yet again profiteering. On UK flights you shrank the bags to get us to pay £35. I’ve flown with you many time now slip in that I need to check in my bag when the whole cabin is empty. Another £35. Furious - and celebrating a birthday!
@AerLingus when you cancel flights and the rebook flights on a regional route - then delay the next flight information is what matters - absolutely nothing! 4 hour delay and sitting on a plane with no information - just basic manners and service.
@AerLingus sitting in Birmingham airport waiting to go to Belfast. Information is very poor. All other flights including yours are going except mine! I would have gone to Dublin instead if id know. You

@firstdirect messed up a large payment on Tuesday and was due to exchange on a property on Weds. 6 hours of calling and no payment yet. Meant to move in Wednesday. Worst FD service ever
@TheRAC_UK why do it tell me that it will be here at 10.25-10.55 then at 11 it moves. Then I get a call to say 10 mins then moves and keeps moving now 1.11-2.11 this my day off with my son
@currys Avoid buying anything logik. Only used it once and been waiting for it to be fixed for over 2 months. It’s a curry’s brand the service is rubbish
I ordered 6 chairs from @LaRedouteUK only 4 arrived and now 3 weeks later I’m still told they are looking into it. Never use these guys the service is appalling. They genuinely don’t care. Do I report them to Trading Standards?
God help @TalkTalk - fibre broadband is available to my property, it’s live and someone next door is getting it fitted. My pot is outside - it’s live, the installers confirmed. 50 mins and passed to 4 call centres it’s not available to me.
@TalkTalk wasted 40 mins so far trying to switch service to full fibre broadband. Been to 3 call centres and not one can help and passed me on. Atrocious service and that’s to upgrade - god help people who don’t need to buy
@SoEnergyUK@ofgem Need to shut @SoEnergyUK down. Problem with my gas meter. It is not big enough. It’s dangerous - calls emails and nothing happens. @ofgem needs to inspect this supplier as they are not fit to be in the industry. A faulty electricity board too and never fixed either.
@sainsburys Cheltenham fuel tanker refilled and been waiting 30 mins in a queue. Amazed a member of staff doesn’t walk the queue and communicate given the shop is empty. Missed customer opportunity. Tankers gone still not open!
@regentcruises And we are charged for a person change when we booked over 2 years ago! Yet you can change what you like. Please don’t talk about loyalty you have no idea! Silver seas would never allow late booking customers to get better deals.
@regentcruises I would just like to point out that your loyal customers have been disadvantaged. My parents who have done over 200 day booked for 10 of us last October which was delayed. Now those booking now are getting 2 free upgrades - those who stuck with you get nothing. Very wrong!
