Abiy Ahmed is the most dishonest Prime Minister. In Amharic, he uses rhetorical speeches to threaten neighboring countries, particularly Eritrea. However, in English, he uses diplomatic language to gain attention from the international community, as the neighboring countries have denied Ethiopia sea access. In reality, none of Ethiopia's neighboring countries have rejected Ethiopia's request for port access.
