@MetaQuestHelp My son is trying to set up a new Meta account to use his MetaQuest 3. He tries to set it up by email in Meta Horizons and the accepts cookies confirm button doesn't do anything. He's been stuck at this stage for over a month whilst our emails are ignored by you.

@MetaQuestHelp My son is locked out of his Meta account and can't use his MetaQuest 3. We keep contacting by email but the support is unresponsive. The last email told me I should expect a follow up in 24-48 hours. That was 6 days ago. How can we get meaningful support?

@compton_emma @researchdreams @emilynordmann This was particularly true for not correcting for multiple comparisons and over-interpreting results. The obvious (lazy?) conclusion is that pressure makes them cut corners. I hope to have another student repeat this study but factor in experience level of PI this year.
