10,000 American doctors are sitting on the sidelines every year because they can’t find a residency spot.
Meanwhile, states like Texas are passing laws to streamline the process for foreign-trained doctors to fill the gap.
While we certainly need medical coverage in rural areas, why aren't we prioritizing the doctors we're already training right here at home?
