Yesterday was supposed to be the happiest day of Muhannad Othman Farwana's life. He was 25. His family and relatives had gathered to celebrate his wedding.

An Israeli airstrike killed him in Khan Younis, Gaza.

The wedding became a funeral. Muhannad was martyred on the eve of the day he was supposed to begin his life with Asma Yousef Najjar.

He was a groom, a son, a joy. He had a family, a wedding day, a future, and a woman he was going to marry. All of it was erased in a second.
