@whbm Have a package that was supposed to arrive a week ago. Everyday it never arrives and a new delivery date is added for the next day. Tried ur customer service chat twice--no help at all, tried calling--waiting and waiting, tried UPS--they don't have live service reps. help!
@UPS my orders have been consistently delayed for weeks. Never arrives on time. Recent package has been out for delivery for 3 days straight! Why does my delivery date change daily??
@therealreal Wut is going on?? My package was never delivered, I contacted customer service twice already, and I can't get through to a customer service rep on the phone. I've been a customer for several years--shocking that this is how a "luxury retailer" treats customers.
