On account of the Modi government's commitment to restoring moral standards in politics and in view of the public resentment towards the menace, today with the Lok Sabha speaker's permission, I tabled constitutional amendment bills that will prevent people from holding important constitutional positions like Prime Minister, Chief Minister, or Union or State Minister while in jail.

The purpose is to elevate the declining moral standards and maintaining integrity in politics. The three bills will bring into effect the following regulations:

1. No person who is arrested and in jail can function as Prime Minister, Chief Minister, or Minister in the Union or State Government.

2. When the Constitution was framed, its makers could not have imagined that in the future, political leaders would refuse to resign on moral grounds even after being arrested. In recent years, the country has witnessed shocking instances where chief ministers or ministers continued to run governments from jail without resigning.

3. The bills also provide that an accused politician must obtain bail within 30 days of arrest. If they fail to secure bail within 30 days, then on the 31st day, either the Prime Minister or the Chief Minister will have to remove them; otherwise, by law, they will cease to remain eligible to function. Once granted bail through due legal process, such leaders may be reinstated to their positions.

Now the people of the country need to decide: Is it right for a minister, chief minister, or prime minister to run a government from jail?

There are no criminal charges against me other than for bounced cheques which I did not even sign ! The Government prosecutors place vicarious responsibility on me. But when much more than the debt stands recovered, what remains !!

The fools who keep asking Vijay Mallya to come back and pay the loans in the comments are the idiots who have destroyed the country. Vijay Mallya is one of the greatest sons of Karnataka and India. He ran large genuine businesses. The company that went bust was Kingfisher airlines and it was by far the best airline India every had and will ever have. It went bust due to short sighted policies of the Indian government when jet fuel prices hit the sky. He offered a one time settlement to the banks which was the norm but 56 wanted to use him to make all other industrialists fall in line by instilling fear. Vijay Mallya was hounded out of India, all his assets which were 4 times more than the loan and interest were attached. Banks have repeatedly said they have got all their money back but yet the low IQ fools go on and on about returning money. I feel sorry for Vijay Mallya. Karnataka and Bangalore lost a truly remarkable son of the soil to the Gujju crook.

It is something we have come to realise of late, with our users mentioning how matiks is their alternative to insta (them using it in the loo instead of scrolling reels and many other examples)

now we are not there yet, but what's wrong in dreaming it when our users mention the same thing, sharing their profiles to connect with others over a duel, bonding in the discord community and what not

Many Indian VCs call themselves as backing outliers, but would still prefer safe b2b plays, or a model that worked in US rather than aiming for something unique

Diet coke said their main competitor is water, and its true in hindsight

Really appreciate how our current investors get into a detailed discussion with my many wild thoughts rather than just laughing it off
