I think everyone in their 20s should read about Marcus Aurelius at least once and his book. I read Meditations a few years ago and the wisdom he speaks is timeless. His Stoic perspective on focusing only on what you can control has truly altered my brain. I'm an overthinker so sometimes I worry too much about what's outside of my control, like others' opinions about me, but learning how to let things go and focus your attention and energy on what you can control is so helpful.
