@AmericanAir - there is not a gate agent in Terminal D except for this guy! The flight to JFK is supposed to begin boarding in 5 minutes! There's no one in customer service either! #WTF! The flight to Newark starts boarding in 30 minutes
Hey @AmericanAir - I have to be at @DFWAirport hours before my flight but there are no gate agents & no customer service Reps on site in Terminal D! @TSA are showing up for work w/o pay but you can't be bothered?!?! And "chat" is been offline for 48hrs!!! #unacceptable
Hey @AmericanAir What the actual hell?!? @DFWAirport flights are delayed everywhere and neither your app nor your phone systems are working AND Gate agents cannot provide updates!!!
@TKopelman Tom. This is galactically stupid advice. In fact, there's so much wrong with it that I'm not sure where to begin... so I wont. Let's just call it "malpractice" and leave it at that. (wink. Great work @DaveRamsey. )
@behaviorgap Next time you talk to @MebFaber, ask him if he can explain why $GAA has done so badly since inception compared to, I don't know, let's say:
