@CharBorley@SkyHelpTeam@BBCNews@SkyNewsBreak@BBCWatchdog The only other thing I did was pull out any other cables. So Iโve got the sky live camera and I unplugged that before I rebooted the TV donโt know if that makes a difference.
@CJDuncan490461@SkyHelpTeam@BBCNews@SkyNewsBreak@BBCWatchdog I donโt recall ever been told it would work as a standalone TV, it was clear to me that it was streaming only. The biggest issues Iโve had for 2 years, in the early days was asynchronous audio & video on BBC. That is resolved now, but we regularly have to reboot when tv freezes
@SkyHelpTeam After 11 hours & reading the Sky Forums it seems to have been resolved by doing a full reboot on Glass. Unplug it, hold the power button on TV & plug back in. Wait a few seconds before releasing button for red light to flash on TV. Itโll update and take you through original setup
@taralouG77@SkyHelpTeam@BBCNews@SkyNewsBreak I tried just holding the power button last night, didn't think to unplug the power cable, but tried that and it did work, you have to hold the button for about 10 seconds until the light under the screen starts flashing
@SkyHelpTeam Any update, TV froze about 9pm last night. It happens daily, so I just restart it but this time nothing. still the same this morning #fail#skyglass
