The bodycam footage of Henry Nowak has just been released.

An 18-year-old who was stabbed FIVE TIMES called the police for help.

His attacker told officers Henry was a racist.

So they handcuffed the victim.

Henry told them over and over:

"I've been stabbed."
"I can't breathe."
"Please brother, I can't breathe."

An officer responded: "You've been stabbed, mate? I don't think you have."

Henry died in handcuffs.

The mainstream media has said NOTHING.

I was one of the 30 who voted the right way on this yesterday. Very frustrating that we were a single vote short. And the really sad part is that, judging by the debate on the original motion, I believe it would have passed quite handily by the committee if it had not been derailed by this procedural move.

I encourage everyone to keep the pressure on the members of SCC about this. We will, I am confident, pass the resolution to oppose these horrible amendments at our next meeting; it’s just that we should have done so immediately and without hesitation.

The three constitutional amendments on the ballot this November have nasty stuff baked into them.

Gay marriage amendment - adds gender as a protected class to the constitution. As applied in other states - this is when the state can take your child from you if you don’t affirm their transgender identity.

Felon right to vote - adds a provision that allows someone who has been declared legally incompetent the right to still vote.

Abortion amendment - restricts the state from imposing any meaningful laws on abortion authorizing abortion up to birth for mental health reasons.

It is absolutely disgusting that the Virginia state central committee is taking a neutral position on these amendments. I often wonder where do I fit in with politics and at times like this it feels like I definitely do not have a political home. Taking a neutral position on these three positions and abstaining from engaging is not a party that I can be a part of. As such - until this is immediately reversed and the Republican Party of Virginia grows a spine - consider me a free agent. A constitutional conservative desperate for a party that gives a sh$t.

A very sad announcement.

I have just been convicted a second time for 'hate speech' and it is only due to a technicality that I could not immediately be sent to jail —to the judge's frustration.

In an ironic turn of events it's actually thanks to my previous prison sentence (for memes in a private group chat) that I am now still free —in a physical sense, at least.

Call me naive but I didn't think they would take it this far, given that this precedent criminalises many of the arguments used by even the most moderate politicians critical of mass migration.

In February 2024 I gave a lecture at Catholic University Leuven wherein I linked mass migration to crime and a deterioration of our quality of life. Every single point I made was 100% the truth and based on scientific evidence.

Cynically, even the judge that convicted me admits as much by writing in his verdict: “Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.”

That's a lot of words just to say he wants to send me to prison for speaking the truth.

Even the regime media write: "It did not matter to the court that Van Langenhove was quoting scientific sources. The judge argued that Van Langenhove's main message was that a big part of the societal problems like insecurity, housing shortages and lowering educational standards are due to mass migration."

You may think the regime media are being sympathetic to me in the first sentence, but in reality they are warning people: even if you speak the truth, if you go against our narrative, we will crush you in every way possible.

Both the public prosecutor and the judge did not present a single real argument as to how or against whom I would have incited hatred. So even if I would accept their crazy, dystopic law, I still did not break it.

The only argument they present is that I created a "hostile atmosphere of us versus them” in regards to migrants. But even this silly argument (which is not even a punishable offence) is not true. To me, the deadly disease is self-hatred and one of its worst symptoms is replacement migration. My enemy is thus NOT the migrants themselves but those orchestrating the mass migration.

Sadly, in Belgium, evidence is not needed and ‘vibes’ are enough to put someone in jail.

Given the fact that I have another court case coming up in September and that I have a dozen active criminal investigations for hate speech, time is running out for me. I have already paid more than €420,000 in legal fees and there is no ending in sight. I have been in an intense battle of attrition for eight years and must now regroup to make sure I can still win.

Significant. And good. The people have spoken.

John Cornyn was one of my senators. In fact, we visited his office in DC a number of years back. But he was not reliable as a conservative, like Ted Cruz.

Today’s primary ouster, to me, is an echo of what we accomplished years ago with Ted Cruz, who was similarly in an uphill battle against a favored establishment candidate way back then.

It was a battle to get Cruz over the hump in a 3-way race to force a runoff when he was first elected. I remember, because I was there from the start, and I was with the future senator in the war room that night when we forced the runoff. Once it was a 2-way race, Cruz could win. But these establishment folks use the power of incumbency plus other maneuvers to remain in office even when they are not doing the things that their constituents sent them to do.

It is true that Cornyn came round under pressure to support removing the filibuster to pass the SAVE Act, but it was too little, too late. Constituents have a memory, and his betrayal of the most vulnerable by his support for the Safer Communities Act, among other things, was certainly logged in voters’ minds.

Congratulations to Ken Paxton, and to the people of Texas, for exercising your power of self-governance today.

Oh goodness. I had to go and check that Keller said that about Colbert because I almost fell off my chair. It does further confirm Keller’s lack of judgment. I’ve felt sad over highlighting him in my book “What’s Wrong With Socialism” (Keller proposed translating the Hebrew hesed as “social justice” in Ps. 33:5 (his translation=“The Lord loves social justice”) and Jer. 9:23-24 (his translation=“let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness and social justice…”), etc.), but oh my.
