@AmazonHelp I was given a gift card that was in a brown envelope ( like an Amazon box ) when I took it out the code was exposed and part of the code missing . It didn’t seem tampered with but I suggest it was before the person bought it . Can anything be done ? From Morrisons

@AmazonUK why do your drivers persist trying to deliver to a business address outside the listed opening hours ? Despite putting in a complaint recently there have been two more occasions including today . What is the point of putting opening times if they ignore them??

@TheAA_UK Unfortunately they don’t want to know and have put it down as a fault claim on my father . Mum has had over 30 phone calls over the last 10 months and has been given incorrect info. Said she has to goto mib but they won’t give her the details of the 3rd party due to gdpr

@TheAA_UK your insurance is a disgrace , my parents had their car written on by an uninsured stolen car nearly 12 months ago, you promise a refund and now have put it down as a fault claim , they weren’t even in the car ! You’ve lied to my mum for 9 months

@HeinzUK hi , I’m a long standing consumer of your bean and sausage , I have to say the new version with Richmond sausage are awful , the sausage is mushy and has very little flavour . I certainly won’t be purchasing again 🙁

@AmazonHelp Thanks for that , been there but it just says they will try again , why ignore the delivery instructions on my account , very frustrating . The tracking info showed they were within a mile of the delivery address for over 3 hours yet attempt delivery after we have closed

@AmazonUK what else can I tell your drivers about delivery , my account says it’s a business address 9-6 yet they attempt delivery at 7.05 . It was showing 2 stops away from 3pm today . I follow the link you’ve sent which had the correct info , does the driver not see this ?

@sainsburys if you are wanting to reduce staff by getting ppl to self scan you need to trust them to do it properly . Your yellow ticket items wouldn’t scan so we put them back or I change the quantity from 1 to 2 which triggers for a staff member to rescan 🤷‍♀️#frustrating

@LidlGB my wife works at one of your branches and keeps getting fines for parking at work . The management keep sorting it out but this has been going on for months . There is no way to contact Parkingeye . How can we resolve this ?
