Openreach came yesterday to connect my fibre, I am on holiday my friend who has a key let them in. Now I have NO INTERNET my alarm and smart plugs don’t work. I have a visit booked for Fri 31Oct this had better take place to sort this out

@bt_uk seeing that BT or your contractor JN Civils don’t respond to emails or DM’s I might as well cancel my order for fibre to be installed and change to another company
