@AdamSinger Not to mention sometimes we have to do shit- like work when they are off school, or go on long trips. Obviously I didn’t have that when I was a kid and much respect to my mom for dealing with it
@AdamSinger It’s so easy for a non parent to say and I mean that with love. My kids don’t have phones but do have iPads so same thing - it’s a constant balance- they learn so much on there and it helped them to learn to read etc- but they also have mindless games and access to YouTube.
@tracewoodgrains This is part of the opening of Abundance that immediately made me say no. As I have thought about it I am more open to it when compared to factory farms. I think that framing has to be clear. I believe there can and should still be a place for local farms.
@Billie_T No way Invert isn’t a pass first point guard- he’s racking up the assists more than points. Probably a triple double threat every time he steps on the court.
Leadership simplified:
Hire good people.
Give them the tools to succeed.
Provide them the security to take calculated risks.
Get out of their way.
Let go of over-controlling.
Trust them to do their job.
