It is so disheartening when you email 38 councillors @plymouthcc and only receive 4 responses. It is hard to have any faith in who runs our city when so many people are in poverty and those in "power" can't be gracious enough to respond to a charity helping Plymothians.

Advice please! We are trying to access grant information from @plymouthcc. So far we have asked 3 different people and emailed the Office for the Director of Public Health. Nobody has a clue or just ignore us. We are desperately trying to help people.
