@SabrinaMac1601@MaddernBryan@Ststansberry @SarahCeja03 @doctor2pi I have never heard of this but I would have loved to try this. Math and I have never gotten along, but I am a huge fan of video games. Maybe if it was presented to me as a video game I would have enjoyed it. Definitely will have to look into it.

@mzlupitareyes@MaddernBryan @SarahCeja03 @Duncannedd I definitely agree with this. I remember being in high school and working with PowerPoint. We would all struggle to meet at a friends house. However Slides everyone can work together from different places at the same time. #CSUBTED#CSUBEDTE4200@doctor2pi
@MaddernBryan@doctor2pi @SarahCeja03 A4) The best activity was in high school. Every Wednesday we would turn in current events. The website Smore in my opinion would be perfect for this! Smore letโs the student create a sort of a newsfeed I think these two go hand by hand. @doctor2pi#CSUBEDTE4200#CSUBTED
@Ststansberry@doctor2pi@joceperezCSUB A3) I feel that audiobooks, quizlet, and Kahoot are three great ways to help ELL students. Audiobooks can help students who struggle reading books with their pronunciation. Quizlet can help ELLs study vocab and Kahoot can quiz ELLs on vocab words. #EDTE4200#CSUBTED@doctor2pi
@tom_karnes@doctor2pi@CsubMadelyns A2) This happened today while I was subbing at Wasco High. The teacher left a test and two assignments on canvas. However, the teacher didnโt make them public until after 2nd period. The first two periods fell behind unlike the rest of her classes. #EDTE4200#CSUBTED@doctor2pi
@Jessica85165259@doctor2pi@MaddernBryan I actually tweeted about the same tool! Helps students stay engaged and letโs the educator know where every student is standing.
@Brenda45052796@doctor2pi@tom_karnes Definitely agree! Google docs is super environmental and can multiple people working on the same document at the same time. Great for assignments!
@doctor2pi A1) the biggest innovative tool I have been introduced to has to be Kahoot. Kahoot has made learning fun and competitive. It has helped make learning more engaging, especially for students K-12. #EDTE4200#CSUBTED
So far learning new ways to introduce technology into classrooms has been amazing! Finding out new ways to communicate with parents and giving parents better insight of what is going on in and during class with ClassDojo is definitely a game changer!
