The #CustomerService by @CallawayGolf is the worst I’ve experienced in several years. Insane hold times due to “increased call volume” and the call-back doesn’t work (I.e. no call back). Placed order on June 26th that still hasn’t shipped & need to cancel but can’t reach anyone.
