@theskindoctor13 Similar laws have (unfortunately) existed in UP towns for a while. My aged parents were forced to stop using their Maruti, which was perfectly maintained, since it was over 15 yrs old. Nobody could buy it so went in scrap. Now they’re forced to rely on autos
