Spotted this #DistractedDriver at Dundas. Upon the traffic stop I observed efforts put in place to conceal plate. Plates seized, truck towed, driver summonsed:

-Cellphone
-Expired validation
-Deface plate (sanded down)
-Obstruct plate
-No front plate
