@lexa_faye We're evaluating Klaviyo & setting up a flow that syncs with FB leads. Most of the process and UX has been 👌. But.. it takes up to an hour for that first email to send due to how you sync. Zapier+MC takes up to 5 min. 1st email open rate w/ MC: 43%. Klaviyo: 24%. 😧

@IKEAUSAHelp your kitchen designs aren't saving. Sometimes if I keep trying and clicking ok, it says that it's been saved and you'll keep it on your servers..however when I reopened the window all work was lost.
