1. Create a new List in Klaviyo
2. Upload your file to this list with these two columns - this will assign the coupon code to each email as a property
3. Use variable {{ person|lookup:"Coupon Code" }} to insert the assigned code dynamically into your emails

One of my problems with product prioritization frameworks (ICE, RICE,…): they can make you too reactive. You start with feature ideas you collected and rank them, instead of starting with product vision and the biggest problems on the path to get there.
