more precisely: stable OpenClaw still bundles codex 0.139, which OpenAI’s backend rejects for gpt-5.6. Swapped the plugin’s bundled codex for 0.144.1 by hand, registered the models, set a gpt-5.5 fallback plus a daily canary in case an update silently reverts it. Sol is now live!

I have no dog in this fight and I’m plugging nothing (except https://t.co/ukujKbpD61); i am absolutely enjoying these few days with Fable 5 and I’m moving mountains with it but my openclaw agent running on GPT 5.5 just found a bug in Fable 5’s code
@levie i am not an engineer; i am ai pilled; i feel like i’m faster with this stuff than software engineers; engineers feel like they’re stuck in code and processes that exist bcs of code; i don’t know, maybe i’m wrong here
@salomon_diei@karpathy@realsigridjin I’ve been working from slack for months and now i do it with glm-5.2: my momthly costs have gone from $700, $500, $200, etc and now I’ll be <$20/month with glm 5.2; i don’t need software from anthropic, just an affordable model, only 1 person needs to cure cancer
@JPoehnelt i only use google now bcs of the cli; was a microsoft guy before the cli came out; sending money to google now for the 1st time in my life; i didnt even know google had crap you would pay for; thought it was a search engine selling advertising
@Daniel_Rapaport Wyndham Clark had the decency to lose it in a private locker room with zero cameras around. The only guy who broke an unwritten rule that week was the Oakmont member who leaked the photo. A year of grief later, he’s six clear at Shinnecock.
@levie I think most of us doing business consulting that are very AI pilled have already been working in this direction for months; very frustrating to see the Microsoft CEO so late to the game on these kinds of thoughts
