Resident doctors aren't vote bank, they don't demand a separate state, they don't belong to any minorities/religion/sect, they don't receive massive foreign funding, they don't have big media houses in their pockets , they don't have one influential leader ...cont'd

There are about 12 lakh doctors in India but only 3000 are on the road and 300 are supporting them on social media, the rest are just watching TV or taking holidays.
Due to this lack of unity, no government supports doctors.
