@murpharoo Oz PM characterising ‘net zero 2050’ as NDC flies in the face of the Paris regime. NDCs are short-term binding targets per Art 4.2 (currently for 2030), with obligation to update every 5 yrs; 2050 targets are non-binding long-term low-emissions development strategies’ (Art 4.19)
