An Enterprising Investor! Trying to allocate my capital to grow it AND keep it! I try to spend very little time on the couch (see link)! Thinking out loud here!
US Base Money (5.4T) is part of the Fed's Balance Sheet (6.6T).
Then the US Gov't Debt (39T) is exerting fiscal dominance at about 1/3rd of a Fed Balance Sheet PER YEAR (added 2.3T last year)!
Knowing the growth rate of all these moving parts gives you your hurdle rate.
HFSP!
They’ll keep hating it/him all the way up as he absorbs an enormous amount of capital along the way.
Maybe they should spend less time engagement farming and shitposting and more time adding value to the world.
Oh well…
Tick tock, next block.
This is getting really hilarious.
Math says @saylor is perfectly exploiting the Cantillon Effect to increase Bitcoin holding via multiple accretive channels.
A bunch of idiots are instead extrapolating any single word he says to produce engagement but nobody is really short the company or really believe it's going to zero.
Today is the day of this sentece below. Remember this comes from the same guys who yelled at the Ponzi scheme when @saylor was issuing new $STRC to pay dividends but somehow they also hate if he mentions that his BTC holding can be used to tap any cash needs which is exactly what a treasury is built for.
EVERYONE knows it is happening. I talk to random people daily and “the price of xyz” almost ALWAYS enters the conversation.
But…
MOST people have NO idea what to do about it. They have absolutely no plan to protect their wealth (ie life force).
Ignorance ain’t bliss!
HFSP
Inflation in the US is now up to levels that were last seen after $4 trillion in pandemic stimulus was handed out for "free."
The worst part?
Most Americans have no idea that it is happening.
I'm not sure about any of this. Whilst people like @bryan_johnson are extremely fragile, obsessed with life-extension (but not DNA extension via children), scared of his own shadow - there is merit to extending healthspan i.e. having a vital and robust older age.
For most people this involves majoring in the majors, physical activity, diet, staying lean, good sleep and plenty of outdoor time + mental/emotional of family & good friends - staying interested in life. It is undeniable that blood work, scans and preventative & personalised healthcare are positives to be bolted on, but when you are so obsessed with the minors that you avoid the great randomness, wildness, and serendipity of life you are diminishing your existence, not enhancing it.
The machine my old Bitcoin Core node was running on died. I haven’t gotten around to getting it rebuilt. I wanted to research Knots / BIP-110.
I’ve researched enough!
I’m moving a new Knots / BIP-110 node online ASAP!
No to VC scammer/spammers!
Bitcoin is money! Nothing else!
Sums it up! Been a busy year!
Lazy Twitter'ers can't keep up with the constant innovation...but it doesn't stop them from spewing forth their extremely valuable opinions. 🤡🌎

Why $MSTR @Strategy has been so hard for people to understand over the last 7 months:
Cash ~NEW~
• Built a cash reserve
• Deployed the cash reserve
• Rebuilt the cash reserve
Converts ~NEW~
• Repurchased $1.5B of 2029 converts at an 8% discount
• Eliminated 2.231M potential shares
• Reduced delta-hedge pressure
$STRC ~NEW~
• Became the primary Bitcoin acquisition vehicle
• Up 324% to $10B
• Semi monthly dividends approved
• Adds Bitcoin without increasing ADSO
• Provides amplification via perpetual preferred capital
• Non-callable, perpetual duration
Bitcoin ~NEW~
• Sold 32 BTC
• Bought back 1,550 BTC
$MSTR Shareholders
• BPS Yield up 3.9× over 6 years (~290%)
• 2026 BTC Yield QTD: 9.7%
• 2026 BTC Yield YTD: 12.8%
• Most recent transaction impact: (0.2%) negligible
Strategy is operating as a capital allocation and Bitcoin acquisition machine.
@saylor@phongle did I miss anything?
Thesis: MSTR common dilutive since 6/1 because YTD yield is down, be forward looking, mNAV
<1 AND STRC are now broken.
The site shows a dilutive trend in early February '26, too. And a few times in '25 as well.
Wasn't over then, isn't over now. 🤔
For those who have been listening to orange-tie wearing idiots about MSTR dilution, you should realize that Strategy's own website demonstrates that the capital raise over the weekend was dilutive to MSTR shareholders. See the BTC Yield columns and how they moved down from 6/1 to 6/8
Haters: See I told you that sometimes Saylor will make transactions that are not accretive to BPS and he will indeed wreck his company AND Bitcoin!
Time preference of ants! I thought these people were HODLers!?!?
Maybe, just maybe, simply buying Bitcoin when you can is good!
Here's the smoking gun that @Strategy alarmists are missing, and it's in plain sight. The () show negative Bitcoin Per Share Yield in 4Q 2025 at (2.5%).
HOWEVER, the BPS Yield YTD was 22.8% for 2025 which is comfortably above the 10% BPS Yield that Strategy communicates. This 4Q 2025 was due to the acquisition of $2.25B in cash, which was derided at that time, because they acquired way more cash than Bitcoin. Now they use the cash to retire Converts at a discount and sell 32 Bitcoin and CT goes nuts. Oh, they just bought 1,550 Bitcoin and raised $100M in cash for 9.7% QTD and 12.8% YTD BPS Yield in 2026. So Strategy is basically running 2X+ their guidance.
Also, the money the government prints from thin air for the government's purposes, in the currency they control...
...that is your hurdle rate!
Tick tock, next block!
The problem remains the same...
Large deficits are structural and projected to rise.
The budget will not be balanced.
The debt burden will not be reduced through fiscal discipline.
It will be managed through currency debasement and financial repression.
So...I buy Bitcoin.
At the very least, you'll have something very cool to discuss at your social outings.
"Did you get allocated to the Space X IPO, like I did?"
"I can't believe I sold my Nvidia position too early...again?!?"
Everyone...be sure to sell your Bitcoin (and everything else) to invest in the AI fast-moving train! Everybody's doing it! What could go wrong?!?
You won't be sorry! It is gonna be great!
A can't miss investment opportunity.
This is definitely investment advice! 😉🤡🌎
AI-related CapEx is bigger than every CapEx cycle in history.
All previous CapEx manias have resulted in massive write-offs.
This time will not be different.
The market is expensive.
Very expensive.
Maybe the most expensive ever.
But that does not automatically mean “sell.”
A valuation chart can be right.
And still be useless for timing.
Apple: Buys Bitcoin!
Most Bitcoiners: Yay, this is good! One of the largest companies now owns Bitcoin.
Bitcoin Maxis: Nnnnoooooo! Warren Buffett said Bitcoin was rat poison x2. He owns a lot of Apple. See Bitcoin is being coopted by the enemy! How have we let this happen?!?
There are companies that buy Bitcoin.
There are companies that do not buy Bitcoin.
Guess which category Bitcoiners like to attack?
The world has gone mad.
There is a cohort of Bitcoin OGs who cannot stand the fact that Saylor entered the game in 2020 and is now more famous than all of them combined.
They see it as stolen valour.
Decades of work, sacrifice and ridicule, only to watch a latecomer become the face of Bitcoin.
They can't escape it. The higher the Bitcoin price goes, the more famous Saylor becomes.
Do not underestimate how much that psychology drives the criticism.
Everyone is melting down about Bitcoin Price Action, Digital Credit, STRC, MSTR/Treasury Companies.
Even calling Saylor a used car salesman?!?
Saylor is posting about The Four Ideologies of Bitcoin, not giving a F about short-term price action.
LOL
You love to see it!
Bitcoin is extreme value realtive to the power law. As cheap (or even marginally cheaper) than Nov 2022.
Statistically, this is the moment to buy, not wait for it to go lower. But easier said than done. When it is on deep sale, people question whether the asset will even survive, whether it was all an illusion. They get frozen. They can't buy, and fail to buy at any price.
More than half the S&P 500's total value is now in stocks priced above 10x sales. This was once considered an outlandish valuation, as it leaves little room for error. The list includes Nvidia, Apple, GOOG, MSFT, Broadcom, Tesla, Micron, Eli Lilly, AMD, Oracle and 57 more.
🎯
$350B needed. Sell the current loser...BITCOIN.
I watched the 2000 Internet IPO market in real time.
In other news, a new generation is about to learn how to get absolutely REKT playing around with (er..."investing in") IPOs. 😂
Tick tock, next block
Bitcoin isn't crashing below $60k because Saylor sold 32 BTC.
It's crashing because $19 trillion of new AI market cap got created in 12 months... 13x the size of Bitcoin.
The most liquid risk asset on earth is being drained to fund the biggest IPO cycle since 2000.
🚨 BITCOIN SIGNAL FINALLY FLASHED!?!?!?!?!?!
- The first non-Bitcoin move I've made in 6 years?!
- Did I sell anything..?
- What this "Institutional Signal" means..?
Let's discuss:
@nithusezni Love hearing your thoughts on this.
A lot of the FUD on $MSTR assumes either that Bitcoin goes way down or that it never goes way up.
To hear "Bitcoin Maxis" make these arguments is wild. Never go way up?!? LOL
Bitcoin is either gonna work or not work, and so it goes for $MSTR
