Starting as a GP in 1979, I wanted better skills to look after the dying. I learnt them from the master (Twycross) & had wonderful district nurses for 24 hr care at home. Spend the money on DNs @wesstreeting - they are the best asset in palliative care. Also the best safeguard.

@MikScarlet 17 year old, just passed test, able to obtain sport Audi A3. Crashed 3 times in 6 months (including the courtesy car they were driving when original being repaired). No physical illness. Scored through mental health element, but still able to enjoy Leeds fest with her mates??????
