@KunstJonas There seems to be many factors at play like mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress. Calcium is thought to play an important role in regulation of the mitochondria so the puzzle is starting to make sense.
@Sabrina_Poirier NOT All- I don't advocate this method at all. I take a more holistic approach and consider things such as PEM, diet, hydration, sleep and energy conservation strategies. I've not heard of this 30:30 approach ๐ค.
