@Trixies357 IMO the ‘incorporation’ of the establishment clause is wrong because the 14th was about making former slaves citizens with the full protection of the law. A crèche on state property doesn’t affect for example, Jew,Muslim,atheists, rights as a citizenWas Warren court responsible?
