This morning at the 3rd Annual National Labour Convention and Expo 2025, our Partner @moses_segawa delivered thought-provoking remarks on the evolving world of work and the critical role of legal compliance in shaping inclusive economic progress.

He emphasised that legal compliance should not be viewed as a burden, but as a strategic enabler of workplace stability, investor confidence, and long-term inclusive growth. In a labour market increasingly influenced by artificial intelligence, automation and the gig economy, Moses urged all stakeholders to rethink how rights are protected and how employment frameworks can evolve to keep pace with rapid technological change.

Drawing on @SL_Advocates own journey towards digital transformation, Moses encouraged organisations to view innovation as an opportunity to expand access to justice, drive policy reform, and foster a workplace culture grounded in fairness, inclusion and resilience.

His remarks set a compelling foundation for the two day event focused on real solutions, shared responsibility, and a future of work that leaves no one behind.
