@faceyouhate In olden days, it was common to hide the Kuatos that fueled genius--in baby slings, under the coat. That's what you see here with Tarkovsky, if you look. Here he appears pained because the Kuato is literally eating his flesh. That was the whole point of double-breasted jackets.
