On birth tourism, Chinese are STILL coming into America VISA-FREE. Here is a sample case that involves a Chinese man coming in visa-free to the US territory of Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, overstaying, setting up a Saipan birth tourism operation, trafficking meth, using illegal documents to travel to Guam, and murder.

Note he was finally caught by the country of Palau, not by American law enforcement.

CNMI urgently needs to close the Chinese visa-free loophole - and @FBI , @USTreasury , @DHSgov and @DOGE need to send teams ASAP.

Ye Fang came from China to the US territory of Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands under a tourist visa waiver program in 2016. He stayed on illegally and he ran a birth tourism business in Saipan for three years, hosting at least 200 Chinese women to give birth to Americans. He then started trafficking methamphetamine.

Ye Fang fled Guam in November 2023 using the identification of another person. He then traveled to Palau, where he organized the murder of another PRC citizen.

In January 2024, Ye Fang and three others were arrested in Palau for that crime. Ye Fang pled guilty to manslaughter in March 2024 and was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment. In May 2024, he was extradited to the CNMI where he pled guilty to smuggling drugs in lava lamps.

Two years ago, the Supreme Court handed down back-to-back defeats to the DC federal court system.

In Fischer--SCOTUS determined that every DC judge except two (Nichols on district court, Katsas on appellate) had unlawfully applied 1512(c)(2), a corporate fraud statute, against more than 300 J6ers. The ruling sent the DC courthouse into chaos as those convicted and some in federal prison at the time sought relief. Judges STILL tried to figure out a way to keep those individuals in jail for the same amount of time, using sentencing guidance trickery to cover their tracks.

In Trump v US--the high court reversed 4 DC judges (Chutkan and 3 appellate judges) for their "hasty" rulings denying all forms of immunity to President Trump against criminal prosecution. The decision resulted in Jack Smith cutting nine pages and one unindicted co-defendant from his original indictment.

Not a single judge paid any price for their egregious handling of those weighty matters. Not a single judge apologized to any J6er for intentionally bastardizing a post-Enron law to criminalize free speech/political activity. Not a single judge resigned, faced a bar complaint, or endured Congressional inquiries for their decisions in 1512c2 cases (another major dereliction of duty in J6 matters by GOP Congress). They did not care that the unlawful use of 1512c2 resulted in the imprisonment of 100+ Americans, including pretrial detention for several, or the suicide of at least one J6 who faced years in prison for a 1512c2 plea or the ruination of hundreds more simply accused of obstruction.

None of the judges involved in the wrong-headed immunity decisions faced consequences. In fact, as I've noted before, Judge Chutkan strode into her courtroom a few months after SCOTUS' benchslapping of her reasoning (or lack thereof) of the unprecedented matter like she had just won the Ms. America contest. She even made comments from the bench that day that the Supreme Court was wrong.

The brazen politicking of federal judges in the nation's capital greatly accelerated after the president won in 2024. Now, it appears history is repeating itself...

Anyone who knows about Clarence Thomas dissents knows they are almost always short and sweet.

The fact that he wrote a 91 page dissent for this monstrosity of a decision on birthright shows how absolutely infuriated he is.
