Aulaqi was the godfather of the digital jihad that leveraged his writings and the web to radicalize Americans to AQ's cause.

Aulaqi became the first American targeted for death by the CIA. In 2011, he was killed in a US drone strike.

Meet 30-year-old Austin Carter, a rapist, registered sex offender, and parolee-at-large with a violent criminal history and prior barricaded suspect incidents. Unbeknownst to deputies on scene, once he knew the the Special Enforcement Detail (SWAT) was on scene, he consumed all of his drugs!

More importantly, meet Buster! Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office's new robotic K9 platform. This operation showcases how technology, training, and innovation can come together to resolve a dangerous incident safely.

Negotiators made repeated attempts to establish communication and have Carter, who was seen earlier with a firearm, surrender peacefully. They received no response. As deputies worked to resolve the incident safely, our SCOUT Team (Sheriff Craft Observation Utilizing Technology) deployed a drone inside the residence. The drone located Carter in a corner of the garage. Although he was obviously alive, he was unresponsive. One hand was hidden beneath his body while the other was holding a knife. Was he playing possum, or was he possibly unconscious?

Recognizing the danger of sending deputies into a confined space with an armed suspect, deputies devised an innovative solution. By attaching a powerful magnet beneath the drone, they were able to safely remove the knife from Carter’s hand. This was a first in the nation, the use of a drone to successfully disarm a suspect (no, it wasn’t AI).

Meanwhile, Buster removed obstacles that were impeding access to the garage. Carter reanimated, waking from his drug-induced slumber. Deputies utilized the Rook armored rescue vehicle to provide ballistic protection while approaching the suspect.

Despite extensive efforts to gain his compliance, Carter refused to give up. Sheriff’s K9 Beau was deployed and successfully apprehended him. SED Medics immediately provided medical care before Carter was transported to a local hospital. After being medically cleared, Carter was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail, where he remains ineligible for bail. No deputies were injured during the incident.

Self-labeled "Jew hater," Tarek Bazrouk, a 21-year-old student from the City University of New York who was sentenced to 17 months in prison, is now free after serving only months in jail for federal hate crimes.

Between 2024-2025, Barzouk unleashed a violent campaign against Jewish individuals in New York City and on his campus.

- While wearing a Hamas headband, he violently assaulted 3 Jewish citizens during a pro-Israel rally.
- He kicked a fellow Jewish student in the stomach.
- At another pro-Israel rally, he sucker-punched a Jewish student in the head.
- Months later, he assaulted another Jewish student and told his friends that he was going to "get rid of the Jews."

The FBI found his phone littered with pro-Hamas and pro-Hezbollah content, including photos that glorified the former leader of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar.

He was part of a student group chat that received updates from Abu Obeida, Hamas's former military spokesman.

Bazrouk visited the West Bank and Jordan in 2024. He text messaged friends that he found out he has family members in Hamas, saying that it made him “mad happy.

Multiple weapons and hundreds of thousands in cash were found in his home. He has made numerous death threats and texted friends of his intentions to use weapons against Jewish citizens.

Palestinian organizations collected over 12,000 signatures urging one of Biden's commie judges for an early release.

This violent jihadist is now on the streets of America. Multiple arrests have not deterred this domestic terrorist.

So Sacramento built a side door. The CPUC now pressures utilities to funnel 1.5% of their contracts to firms certified by the state based on the owner's sexual orientation.
